Terms of Service
1. I can refuse a commission for any reason, and I do not need to share that reason.2. If I find out the character is stolen, I will be contacting the original owner if I am able to, I will not complete the art if I am currently working on it, and you will NOT receive a refund. A public beware will also be posted. I do not tolerate copying, tracing, or theft for any reason.3. I will consider refunds on a case by case basis, but I will likely only give a refund if I am unable to finish.4. I will send a progress update after sketching, lining, and coloring. You can ask for additional updates, but once approved I will not go back to make changes.5. When commissioning me, please give me the character’s name, reference sheet (traditional references are accepted as long as I can clearly see the design), preferred background (if applicable), and any preferred expressions or poses.6. I will NOT draw NSFW for minors. You need to send a picture of your face and ID when choosing this comm type. Everything but your picture and your DOB can be covered, and this picture will not be shared.7. I will not draw anything political or offensive, don’t even ask. Offensive encompasses pedos, zoophiles, racists, homophobes, etc. In the rudest way possible, ya’ll disgust me.8. If you do not want the art I draw to be posted, or if you do not want to be tagged, you need to let me know when placing the commission. Otherwise, I may post WIPs, livestreams, the finished piece, speedpaints, etc.9. You are able to use my art for any personal reason. If it is posted, including as a profile picture or cover photo, I need to be credited in some way. You are not allowed make a profit from my art unless discussed with me, for example stickers or keychains that you are looking to sell.10. Turn around time depends on my schedule. I have many medical conditions that impact my abilities day to day, as well as work and pets to care for. I will be as open as I can with communication, but be mindful to not ask for updates daily please!11. I will not start the commission until AFTER I have received payment.12. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone at anytime for violating my TOS, and you will NOT receive a refund if your commission is not finished.*I will update my TOS whenever I feel the need to, so make sure you check back before commissioning in case something has changed.Will Draw:
